So, if you have free listings, the Insertion Fee would not be charged but the Final Value Fee would still be applicable.
Remember – the Final Value Fee is charged regardless of whether the buyer has paid or not. It will show up in your invoice. If the buyer doesn’t pay, then you can proceed with an Unpaid Item Dispute to request a Final Value Fee credit.
